Access from JR Osaka Station to basement floor 1 to 11

1. JR Osaka Station Central Exit
2. Exit the JR Osaka Station Central Exit ticket gate and turn right
3. Continue straight with the kiosk on your left
4. Go past the Daimaru department store and exit at the Central South Exit
5. Once you cross the crosswalk, you will see Osaka Umeda Twin Towers South.
6. Hanshin Department Store to the neighboring Osaka Umeda Twin Towers South

   Although it is in the same building as the Hanshin Umeda Main Store, please enter through the office entrance. Then take the shuttle elevator to the 11th floor.

Access from JR Osaka Station (1st floor to 11th floor)

1. JR Osaka Station Central Exit
2. Exit the JR Osaka Station Central Exit ticket gate and turn right
3. Continue straight with the kiosk on your left
4. Get off the escalator
5. As you proceed through the SOUTH GATE BUIDING,
   you will see the Hanshin Umeda Department Store.
6. Enter through the office entrance

   Please enter through the office entrance adjacent to the Hanshin Umeda Main Store. Then take the shuttle elevator to the 11th floor.

Please change to the elevator from the 11th floor.

Please enter through the office entrance and use the shuttle elevator to the 11th floor.

1. Once you arrive at the lobby on the 11th floor, head to the elevator at the back of the floor that goes to floors 12 to 19.
2. You can also get to the 13th floor from the north elevator next to Tully’s.
3. Take the elevator going from the 12th to 19th floors to the 13th floor. Guide video for
